David Williams, Co-Founder of T-REX

David leads T-REX (Trade Receivable Exchange) by drawing on his experience as an innovative product developer for the trade credit industry. Prior to co-founding T-REX, David headed up the U.S. Financial Solutions desk for Atradius, one of the largest credit insurers in the world. David designed new products that enabled companies to dramatically increase their funding under trade receivable-backed securitizations. David's team credit enhanced several billion dollars worth of receivables and became one of the most profitable product groups in Atradius history. David earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.

Parker Freedman, Co-Founder of T-REX

Parker is a highly successful entrepreneur who brings over 17 years of trade credit experience to T-REX. In 1996, Parker founded ARI Global, a specialized broker of credit insurance. Under Parker's leadership, ARI has grown an average of 20% per year and has become one of the leading privately-held brokerage firms in the credit insurance business. ARI now has offices throughout the US with affiliates in Canada and Europe. ARI's clients range from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies. Prior to founding ARI, Parker built his knowledge of business information and credit while working at Dun & Bradstreet and American Credit Indemnity (now Euler ACI). Parker is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Business.

Voldemaras Birskys, Lead Programmer

Voldemaras is an expert in internet auction applications and Web 2.0 database technologies. Voldemaras has customized over 35 niche auction websites by using a seamless combination of PHP, JavaScript and AJAX programming. Voldemaras and his team spent an entire year developing T-REX's revolutionary auction platform to meet the specific needs of trade creditors, bankruptcy attorneys and distressed debt traders.
